800 North Person Street is located in the Mordecai Community. The acre lot with the Super 10 was purchased by "Patterson Holding LLC" on February 24, 2010. Around the same time, the appliance repair store hidden next to (Super Dollar) had closed shop and the space became vacant. The new ownership put Super Dollar on a month to month lease. The original tenant for building was A&P Supermarket.
