Description
Tiran Porter is most notably known as the bassist and background vocalist for the rock band Doobie Brothers from 1971 to 1980 (including a reunion tour in 1987). Sometime after the breakup, he released a solo album Playing to an Empty House in 1995. Currently he's the bassist for the groups Stormin' Norman and the Cyclones and White Album Ensemble.
