There's a Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park. It's really pretty.

They serve tea and stuff on the inside. One would expect some service for the high cost of boiled water after you paid the admission price to the garden, but alas, you have to serve yourself tea and rice crackers. Still, it's a really pretty setting for a spot of tea.

The Tea Garden is "dedicated to the pioneers from Japan who emigrated to America's golden shores since 1859, leading the way for future generations of Japanese Americans."
