The Race for Reuse is a competition put on by Code for America to promote the adoption of Civic Apps (such as local wikis!). wikiSLO is taking part in this years' race and will be making major pushes to drum up community interest and get people using wikiSLO! The race runs from election day (November 6, 2012) until December 6. On December 1, wikiSLO will be hosting a write-a-thon in tandem with all of the other civic apps competing. Please come on out to talk about community and edit our city! Event details here.
