Constable James Forcillo is a 6 year veteran of the Toronto Police Service.
He was the officer who fired the shots in the widely circulated videos of the death of Sammy Yatim on an empty TTC Streetcar in the early morning of July 27 2013.
On August 19, 2013, he was charged with second degree murder in the matter by The SIU, the Special Investigations Unit.
The following morning, Tuesday August 20 2013, Forcillo turned himself in. By the afternoon, he was out on $510,000.00 bail.
This man is the true definition of a pig and should be locked up like any murderer.
