Mark Cidade is a Mayoral Candidate in Toronto Election 2014. He also ran for Mayor of Toronto in the last Election in 2010.

He filed nomination papers on the first day, January 2 2014. Cidade was in line in front of the Toronto Elections office and would have been 2014's FIRST Mayoral Candidate to file papers, however, Mayor Rob Ford arrived later on and budded in line ahead of him.
