Diablo Oriental Foods is one of the few (the only?) ethnic markets in Walnut Creek. The building is not very big, but it holds a huge amount of products. In addition to dry goods, they have a small produce section, bento boxes that are brought in daily(?), frozen foods (desserts, noodles, mochi, etc), as wells as fish for sashimi and whatnot.
