Best Buy is a junior anchor of Southland, taking over the old food court in 2006. Before then, it had operated at Southtowne Crossing (14930 Dix-Toledo Highway in Southgate) since 1993, before then, it was Children's Palace.

The other store is at The Hill in Allen Park, that one opened in 2007.
