They were to get Block 97 Hutchinson St, Mt Barker. The wife to get £50 a year for life and a life interest in the farming property, and after her death, the land to go to his son, Thomas Hall. Thomas Hall paid £100 on 27/2/1872 to his step-mother to cancel the annuity. 29/1/1885 Eliza Hall sold Thomas Hall’s widow the freehold of Maryfield after Thomas Hall died.
