On Nov. 6, 2012 Washtenaw County voters chose between Carol Kuhnke and Jim Fink for an open seat on the 22nd Circuit Court. Kuhnke prevailed with 67,101 (54.15%) votes compared to 55,735 (44.97%) for Fink.
