The Copeland Residence is a house in the South Campus Neighborhood. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as contributing to the South Campus Historic District in 1991. It is next door to the Chester Cole Residence. There is an old fashioned hitching post in front of the house by the sidewalk.

Its original occupant Dr. Copeland was a preeminent botanist, and one of the world's foremost experts on ferns.

It is across the street from the Abraham House.
