ASUCD Court Case #41 was Laabs v. Ostrowski, Payne (or also called Laabs v. The Davis Enforcer). The Internal Affairs Commission shortly thereafter authored a bill to create the Special Committee for Elections and Freedom of Speech in order to reform the ASUCD Bylaws concerning endorsements.
