Robert L. Cordrey was Parks and Open Space Administrator for the City of Davis and one of the founding members of TREE Davis. He was largely responsible for the City of Davis Tree Planting, Preservation, and Protection Ordinance and the Community Forest Management Plan adopted by the Davis City Council 11 September 2002.
He was awarded, with Steve Chainey, The City of Davis Environmental Recognition Award in 1998.
