Mucky the Ducky

Mucky at the Tribal Café in Los AngelesMucky the Ducky was a local experimental/avant garde/noise music act. Its original sole member, Seann Johansson, created the ensemble act that eventually featured a rotating cast of characters including Gareth Ewing, Jon Bafus, and Jon Brumley. They have releases on KDVS Recordings, A Recordings, and Weird Forest Records. They played venues such as the Villanova House, the Dam Haus, and the Robot Rocket Residence in Davis, The Hub and Bows & Arrows in Sacramento, the Tribal Café in Los Angeles, and venues in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Their music has been played on KDVS and KChung Radio in L.A. They played events such as the NorCal NoiseFest and ORMF at Plainfield Station in Woodland.
