Location: The phone sits in a slightly hidden area inside of the Campus Cafe Roma (on 3rd Street). It's next to the ATM.
Description: As of 2004-12-31 the phone did not seem operational and there was no known phone number. Hopefully the phone will be fixed, but there's also a chance it, like so many other pay phones, will be removed. (pure speculation)
Charge: 50 cents for local when it's working.
