Kurly's Corner was a bar in the Midtown neighborhood. It had a large island bar, a dance floors, and pool tables, foosball, and dartboards. The name of the bar was changed to "The Avenue" before ultimately going belly-up.

Kurly's had many themed nights:

  • Thrusday was karaoke night
  • Friday was country night
  • Saturday brought live music (often by local-favorite Mr. Wooha)
  • Sunday was the original Reaganomics 80's night before that Sunday night scenester staple was moved to Billy's

Kurly's was located on the corner of Eastern Avenue and Michigan Street and was one of serveral bars located within a few blocks on Michigan including Birch Lodge, Duke's, Bob's Sports Bar, and Logan's Alley.
