They remodeled both our bathrooms in 2007. Their work is meticulous! They know what they are doing. They won't cut corners or use inferior product. They fixed mistakes done by original builders and previous remodel. They are really nice guys! They did such a great job on our bathrooms that I had them do all the tile and plumbing work when we remodeled our kitchen in 2008.

3rd Recommendation for Graham Tile Co. 
We are in the middle of a full bathroom remodel in a Mardell. We got three bids and went with Graham Tile Co. One week down, one week to go. We simply couldn't be happier with their work so far. When it’s all done, I'll update this posting. 
They're good communicators, know their business and are very open to your ideas as well as giving suggestions. Patrick and his two guys clean up well every night. They have fun. Patrick is here overseeing the work 100% of the time. 
Let me add that we've had one other remodeling project done, so I can compare how I feel about this vs. that. We were very unhappy with the quality of work with the other job (another bathroom remodel). That GC was a no show except when he needed money. He did no QC on the job; we had to point out some major flaws, and were still not happy with the result.

We used Graham Tile to do 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and couldn't be happier with the results. Everything Joan (on Elka Ave) said goes double for us. Pat could not be a better tile guy nor a nicer guy — he and his team are the best. Pat did magic on our house, the before/after comparisons are really impressive.
