Arthur Page Brown (1858 - 1896) was an architect, responsible for designing the Ginn House in Preservation Park.
According to Cultural Heritage Survey files, the Ginn House was his only house design in Oakland, and one of his first California houses.
Brown studied architecture at Cornell, then worked in the offices of McKim, Mead & White. He came to San Francisco in 1889, under the patronage of Mrs. Charles Crocker.
