Noel Gallo has partnered with the Spanish Speaking Citizen’s Foundation, the Unity Council, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Mexican Consulate to plan and execute a Dia de la Independencia festival along International Blvd. Our theme for this festival is “Recognizing Our Past & Defining Our Future.” We will invite the other Latin American consulates to participate on this day. We will send updates throughout the month.
