This store is both a great resource and a great danger: you can find everything you need and everything you don't need. If you're a teacher or an artist or something and need crafty materials, it's really helpful. Some supply-type things seem very cheap, others, like frames, seem a bit overpriced. Although they do accept donations, you should call before bringing things in as sometimes they have too much of things you think they would take.

Teacher Resource Zone

There's a special Teacher Resource Zone in the back full of lesson plans and teacher-focused crafts and products. Teachers get discounts as well. It's fun to look at even if you aren't a teacher! There are special sculptures, playing cards, posters teaching math, coursework, and children's school supplies.

The discounts are provided because often in the United States schools do not have enough money to pay for all the supplies, and teachers must often take money out of their own pocket for teaching materials. It's also refreshing to see how much work teachers put into education, many of them working outside of their paid hours--many of the lesson plans are quite creative in this age of bubble standardized tests.

A great boon to parents as well & probably more fun than most any toy or video game.
