El Espolón Mural was painted by melwaters. It's on the back of Luka's, visible from the nearby parking lot.
Espolón means spur, and refers to the spurs of fighting roosters. The stylized font and Day of the Dead artwork suggests this is an ad for Tequila El Espolón.
