The Ericka Huggins mural is painted on a utility box that was painted as part of the Koreatown/Northgate beautification project in 2012. (see http://blog.ouroakland.net/2012/05/artists-help-brighten.html) It was painted by Desi W.O.M.E and features a quote from Ericka Huggins.
