The Glendonia Apartments are at 81 Glen Avenue. The 36 apartment building opened in 1928. It was built by Henry Tweed, and featured Frigidaire refrigerators, Spark stoves, and Marshall and Stearns wall beds when constructed.
The building was next door to the Vallance Nursery. The Hill Crescent Apartments were built on that lot the following year in 1929.
