Marc 49 is a Wine Bar in the Temescal neighborhood that serves a full menu and compliment of bar food. Quite tasty and not outrageously priced- $8 for a panini. They also have beer. You can make reservations online (not sure if this is necessary) and host private parties.
The restaurant looks small from the outside, but it's very long and narrow. The first room is a traditional bar set-up. The next room sort of feels like the inside of a wine barrel- wood paneled and enclosed, it's a very cosy place. There is also an outdoor area in the far back that is amazing on warm nights.
I thought there was wireless at Marc 49, but yelp says no. Can anyone confirm?
