Parkside Manor is a large brick apartment building at 123 Bay Place. The building was constructed in 1925 by Sommarstrom Brothers, and designed by Clay N. Burrell.
When constructed, the building included Marshall-Stearns wall beds, hardware from Maxwell Hardware, iron work from Liberty Ornamental Iron Works, and Spark Stoves from Hammer-Bray. The name announced at that time was Park View Manor, but it seems like they had already changed the name, as classifieds from the week before call it Parkside Manor.
A metal sign at the entrance says Rana's Parkside Manor.
