The Piedmont Lake Apartments (currently signed as the Bella Mist Apartments) are a 12 unit apartment at 743 Warfield. They were built in 1929 by owner Otto Rinkert.
When constructed, they featured Marshall and Stearns wall beds, and hardware from Simon Hardware.
