Remar Bakery was a baking business at 1010 - 46th Street at the corner of Adeline. The building was built in 1919 and operated as a bakery until 1988. The location is now the Bakery Lofts.

Remar Bakery of Oakland and Golden Sheaf of Berkeley incorporated as Golden Sheaf-Remar Co. in 1922. 2

On the Oakland History Facebook group, people recall Oakland Oaks trading cards that the business produced.

Although the Bakery Lofts website says Emeryville, the building is on the Oakland side of Adeline. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places, #02000328. The architects were W. H. Ellison and Frederick Whitton. 1
