The Telegraph Avenue Complete Streets Implementation Plan is an initiative by the city of Oakland to improve the experience of the whole of Telegraph Avenue, especially for pedestrians and bicyclists.

The program seeks your input by attending ONE of these events (same content at each event):

Ahead of these open house events, the city released a Roadway Design Options Report (20MB PDF) for public review including various options under consideration for different segments of Telegraph.  Preliminary recommendations will be developed after the public feedback has been collected and evaluated.

Bike East Bay needs your support to convince business owners to give up parking spaces for bike infrastructure improvements that increase safety for pedestrians, drivers, and cyclists.
