The Vintage Mural is at the site of the former Oaksterdam Mural, and was painted by Believe in People (BiP) in 2016. It features an older woman listening to music and looking joyfully at a record album titled "Steel & Fire: A Decade of Thrash Metal".
Development began in the lot that the mural faces in March, 2017.
