New Era Park is a mostly-residential neighborhood (not a park, as the name seems to imply), although there is a Blue Diamond Nut facility at about C and 18th St., and some type of recycling facility North of the railroad tracks. A portion of the American River Parkway forms its Northern boundary.

* The epynomous B Street Theater is located at 27th and B St., near Stanford Park * There is a Skate Park at the North end of 28th St., past the railroad tracks * Blue Diamond Nut packing facility at about C and 18th St. * The New Era Community Garden at 26th and B St by the railroad tracks.

* Sutter's Landing Regional Park is at the corner of 28th and C St. and has a baseball diamond * I think I've seen another baseball diamond at 21st and C St. as well
