The Forever Saint Paul Challenge was an idea competition that seeks for ways to improve St. Paul.  The winner of the idea competition was awarded a $1,000,000 grant from the St. Paul Foundation for implementation of the idea.  To kick things off, there was attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the "Largest Picture Made of Lite-Brite.  The submission period began on February 13th, 2013 and ended April 3rd, 2013.  Voting began on August 13th, 2013 and ended September 2nd, 2013.  The winner, Urban Oasis, was announced September 9th, 2013.
