Blue Heron Trading Company is a coffee shop in Flat Rock, located at 26271 Huron River Drive, just west of Church Street. The shop serves coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream, and various other snack foods.

Blue Heron opened on September 15, 2017. It is open from 10 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday, 10 am - 5 pm Saturday, and 12 noon - 4 pm Sunday.
