The American Center for Mobility is a testing grounds for automated vehicles. The 335-acre site just west of the Willow Run Airport is the site of a former Ford factory famous as "the bomber plant" during World War II. The facility is intended to offer manufacturers a variety of controlled testing environments for vehicles.
