Hillcrest is an apartment complex in Ann Arbor located on the northwest corner of Stadium Boulevard and Pauline Boulevard. Originally built in 1968, the apartment complex is now owned and managed by McKinley.

The complex contains a total of 88 apartment units ranging in size from 822 sq. foot 1 bedroom units to 1,032 sq. foot 2 bedroom units. The complex also contains a swimming pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities. Hillcrest is located along AATA bus routes No. 8 and No. 15.

Within walking distance from Hillcrest is Fritz Park, located off Pauline Blvd. east of Stadium Blvd., just south of Eberwhite Elementary School.

Children living in Hillcrest apartments are in the Ann Arbor school district and attend Eberwhite Elementary School, Slauson Middle School, and Pioneer High School.
