Photo: Trevor StaplesTom Wall (also known as Captain Driver's Ed) was a mayoral candidate versus John Hieftje in 2006 and 2008. He is founder of the All Star Driver's Education. He taught Special Education students in Willow Run for 30 years. He founded and runs the T. Wall Foundation, which provides students with special needs who are in poverty basic amenities, such as beds.
