Pete Nowlen has been the director of the University Concert Band since 2002. He is also the horn professor at UC Davis and CSUS, and the artistic director and conductor of the VITA Academy Orchestra and Chorus in Sacramento, music director for Camerata California and the Rancho Cordova Volunteer Orchestra, as well as the Artistic Advisor for Music in the Mountains classical music festival.
Pete Nowlen is also co-owner of Cobalt Salon & Gallery.
