Describe Oakland Hills here
The Oakland Hills are not one of the "Districts" that we use in our general neighborhood page which helps us standardize tags. It is, however, a common Oakland-ism and would be awesome to discuss!
Here's a stab at a start of a definition: that nebulous area to to the west of the bay that separates Oakland from Everything Else. Generally used to described the more northern, wealthier part of the hill.
The Wikipedia page for the Oakland Hills (which are part of the Berkeley Hills, bizarrely enough) might be a good place to steal borrow some text that is close to being correct.
