Temescal Spring Skate & Stroll 2013 is a street festival happening on 49th Street at Telegraph in Temescal :
Friday, April 5 2013 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (in conjunction with First Friday)
Saturday, April 6 2013 from noon to 4
"A Spring event, as Temescal blooms, — a skating sensation highlighting the faux ice rink, and partnering this year for the first time ever with Funktion Skateboards, a local start-up product line of apparel and skateboard decks. In addition to watching live demos during the event, you can compete in a skateboarding contest and win cool prizes. Both days we'll feature Oakland High Schools' (B.U.I.L.D) entrepreneurial training groups offering fun products to discover.
