If you want a nice movie theater go to the Wehrenberg Galaxy Theater. They have comfortable seats, you are able to view the screen easy in every seat. The Starplex is the next best movie theatre. They do have smaller screens than the Galaxy. The Palace and Parkway are both equivalent to each other. The University Theater is mostly for the college scene.

The University Theater is being torn down right now, but it used to be the dollar theater. The Starplex is now the cheapest because students only pay $6 for a movie; there is no charge for it being a night time movie. Weherenberg on the other hand, they charge $9 for a movie that is showing after 5:30 p.m. which is pretty pricey. The Palace Theater is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, and the chairs are old and uncomfortable. They do have a deal on Tuesday’s where popcorn and drinks are only $1 each, though.

Actually the Wehrenberg has student pricing, its only 6 dollars after 6pm, and before 6 pm its 2 or 3 dollars off any of the regular ticket prices. Its great for going to movies at 5:30 because you still get to see it after you get off work or whatever, and you don't have to pay as much. Wehrenberg theaters has a great selection of food, including much more than your typical candy and popcorn. They offer pizza, burgers, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, ice cream, etc. The thing that sucks though, is that when you get a large popcorn, it says free refills which they do have, its just that its recycled popcorn that's not as fresh as the rest of it. Wehrenberg's snacks are more expensive than Starplex's but they also taste much better.

If you want to go to an R rated movie do not go to the Wehrenberg unless every person has an ID that says they are old enough. The Wehrenberg has a new policy that they will only sell one ticket per ID for R rated movies no matter if you are obviously old enough to go see the movie or not.

If you are looking for a great, family friendly theater with a modern splash Starplex Cinemas is the perfect place for you. With a relatively new theater right in town, who wouldn’t want to watch a great new release movie at a reasonable price? They have large screens with decent seats. Aside from the movie part, there’s also the food part. Like most theaters, food isn’t the cheapest around. They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks to fulfill your cravings. Also, they have an arcade room for the kids to kick back in while the parents order tickets, sodas, or snacks.
