Strategic Urban Development Alliance is an Oakland-based real estate developer.

They were in talks to buy the Sears Building in Uptown, but those talks fell through in April, 2014.

Councilmember Lynette Gibson McElhaney said that this developer wanted cars to be able to use Telegraph Avenue near Latham Square when she voted to reopen it to traffic after the pilot project.
