Fresh Choice was a chain of restaurants specializing in a salad buffet with soups and other foods. It had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy around 2004. This type of bankruptcy tries to pay back the creditors in full. It was purchased in 2009 with the new owners trying to extend the same business model. In 2012, Fresh Choice declared bankruptcy.
