Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF) is a Minneapolis-based non-profit that engages young people in servant leadership programs.  STLF mainly targets college students; however, there have been an increase of opportunities for high school and middle school students. STLF was founded September 18, 2003 by four University of Minnesota freshmen who were seeking ways to make a difference in the world.

A focus of STLF is the Pay It Forward Tour. The Pay It Forward Tour is a dynamic, multi-day program focused on service, education, and reflection, during which groups of students travel the country and volunteer in a new city each day.  Through Pay It Forward Tours and more, STLF now serves thousands of college, high school, and middle school students of varying demographics by providing opportunities in service and leadership. The first Pay It Forward Tour was March 12-19, 2004. As of March 2013 18,917 people have participated in 475 tours accumulating over 267,000 hours of service.
