Grove Shafter Park is a park located under the interchange between the Grove Shafter Freeway and the MacArthur Freeway. The park is separated into three separate sections at Martin Luther King Jr Way & 36th Street (site of the Grove Shafter Dog Park), Martin Luther King Jr Way & 34th Street, and 34th Street and 33rd Street, all in Oakland, CA. The park is sometimes unofficially called Marcus Garvey Park.

It is poorly maintained, and by the the city's own admission, does not really function as a park.

Because of the changes in the dogs-in-parks law in April, 2014, dogs are now allowed on-leash in this park.
