The Santa Cruz Clean Team is an organization that organizes group clean ups of public parks and private property. The Facebook group states the Clean Team is, "a loosely based group of individuals who connect through Facebook to organize meeting places and times and document the results. We are not affiliated with “Take Back Santa Cruz (TBSC)” even though many who participate in weekly clean ups may be members of the TBSC Facebook page."

The administrators of the Clean Team are listed on their Facebook group as being Ron Perrigo, Alex Josselyn, and Chrissy Brown.

The Clean team has been caught on camera harassing homeless people during one of their clean ups.

In 2013, the Clean Team "scandal" video was release, which showed Clean Team members harassing a homeless person they encountered on one of their clean-ups in Santa Cruz. The faces and voices in the video are obscured, but pro-surfer Ken "Skindog" Collins admitted to being the person in the video who prodded at the man with a metal trash grabber. Clean Team administrator Chrissy Brown is the person who called the man a "Parasite".
