Locust Street in the City of Santa Cruz is a small street downtown that runs between Pacific Avenue and Chestnut Street. From Chestnut Street, Locust is one way to Cedar Street, and between Cedar Street and Pacific Avenue, Locust is a two-way street. Locust Street also has a section from King Street to Pine Place that is uphill from Chestnut Street.
